HISTORICAL INFORMATION ABOUT ON-SITE EVENTS (CONFERENCE IS COMPLETE)
For All Attendees:
On-site registration and welcome will take place at Levering Hall at 3pm on Sunday, June 12th. You will receive your CT Meeting badge which will permit access to all presentations and evening events. If you have not already emailed your proof of a negative COVID test, you may present your proof at registration. (See additional notes below for residential attendees). Note that you will not be able to register without proof of a negative COVID test.
An informal welcome reception with pizza and drinks will take place at Levering Hall from 6-8pm. On-site registration will be open until 9pm.
For arrivals after June 12th, a registration desk will be available at the entrance to the Glass Pavilion. The desk will open at 7:30am.

For Residential Attendees:
Check-in for on-campus housing is available from 7am-midnight at Charles Commons (3301 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD). You will only be allowed to check-in if you have emailed proof of a negative COVID test to email@example.com OR you have your onsite registration badge. Both require proof of a negative COVID test. We highly recommend emailing your COVID test results the day before your arrival.
If you are arriving late (after midnight), you can call 410-516-0787 to check-in (someone will come down to the check-in desk).
If it was requested, on-campus parking is at St. Martin garage (see map below). If you are a residential attendee, your parking pass will be provided at check-in at Charles Commons. If you are a commuter, these parking passes will be available at the registration desk at Levering Hall/Glass Pavilion.
We highly recommend sending your negative COVID test to firstname.lastname@example.org, the day before you arrive. This ensures enough time to get you in the system for check-in, etc.
If you have emailed your negative COVID test, you may check in first to Charles Commons to drop off your luggage, etc.
For residential attendees, after check-in, you may park in St. Martin Garage.
Note that there is a fair walking distance between On-campus parking, Charles Commons, and the Events spaces. Please allow some extra time and planning to go between locations. Also, please let us know immediately (email@example.com) if you have any mobility issues that will make walking difficult.

Registration for the CT is now closed. Unless you have previously contacted us, we are unable to accommodate additional registrations at this time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org you have any questions. Fees below are all-inclusive and include all conference costs (registration, lodging, food, etc.) bundled into a single fee. See sections below on housing and food for details.

|**Several registrants have requested longer housing stays. If you would like to arrive/stay a day early (night of June 11) or delay/stay a day longer (night of June 16), please include this under accommodations on the registration form. An additional fee of $75/night will apply. IMPORTANT NOTE: On-campus lodging needs to be finalized by May 23. There is no guarantee of on-site housing for registration requests received after May 22. To register download the Registration Form, fill out all information and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment instructions will be emailed to you. With payment confirmation, you will receive an email confirming your registration.
Limited Registration: Total enrollment for the conference is limited. All registrations will be handled in a first-come, first-served fashion. We have some ability to extend registration limits if given enough time; however, such extensions are limited – which makes early registration preferred.
Cancellation Policy: Registration is, in general, non-refundable. Cancellation requests can be made up until May 12th, 2022, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will try to accommodate extenuating circumstances (e.g. visa issues, world events, etc.) to the best of our abilities, but we may be unable to grant a full refund.
Student Travel Awards: We hope to offer additional travel awards to students to offset financial costs. The amount and availability of these awards will be determined once total attendance numbers are available.
The meeting will take place on Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus in the Levering Hall Glass Pavilion. You can find the venue on the Campus Map in section E2, #27. For those needing an address for the venue, it is:

Your conference fee for the CT Meeting covers on-campus housing from the evening of June 12th, 2022 until June 16th, 2022. Rooms are simple and will have basic amenities (bed with sheets, blanket, pillow, towel). All attendees will have a personal room that is grouped into a suite of two or four rooms. Each suite has one or two bathrooms (2 people/bathroom). Room assignments will be made according to your registration form where you may select from Male or Female dorm options, and you may list up to three suite-mates. All suite-mates should list all other suite-mates to verify agreement.
Some participants have requested an extended stay. We are able to offer an additional night on June 11th and/or June 16th, if desired. Please add this request to the accommodations section of the registration form. An additional fee of $75/night will apply. Check in is available after 2pm on June 11th, and after 3pm on June 12th. Check-in after midnight is possible but requires calling a number posted at the check-in desk.
If you require specific rooming accommodations (accessibility, etc.), there is room on the registration form to specify your needs. Or, you can reach out to email@example.com with specific questions. Such accommodations need to be requested by April 10th, 2022 to ensure that we can make arrangements. After April 10th, accommodations cannot be guaranteed, though we will try our best.

Your conference fee for the CT Meeting covers all meals from the morning of June 13th, 2022 until lunch on June 16th, 2022. An informal reception is also planned on the evening of June 12th (likely pizza and drinks). Breakfasts and lunches will be provided by on-campus dining either before the start of the conference day, or during a designated midday break. Three dinner events are planned.
Monday, June 13th:
For the first night after conference talks, a catered dinner will be served in the Charles Commons Banquet Hall. This dinner is on-campus and easily accessible from the meeting site and housing.
Tuesday, June 14th:
For the second night, we will be walking a short distance off-campus to R. House, a local collective of dining establishments in the Remington area of Baltimore. While we will have our own personal space within the building, there is a bar and gathering area that can be explored before or after dinner.
Wednesday, June 15th:
For the third night, we will be going off-campus via buses to another part of Baltimore near the Johns Hopkins Hospital. We will be dining at the Ministry of Brewing, an old church that has been re-purposed into a brewery. This event will be catered with sampling of foods from local Baltimore restaurants (currently including Blacksauce Kitchen, Ekiben, Taharka, and more.)
All dining should have options for common dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, nut-free, etc.); however, there is a question on the registration form to enumerate specific dietary requirements so that we can try to accommodate you.
The CT Meeting 2022 is planned to take place in-person in Baltimore, MD, USA. The following rules will apply:
- All attendees are required to be fully-vaccinated. You should have been contacted via email and asked for proof of vaccination. If you have not been contacted, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
- All attendees are required to present a negative COVID test in order to be admitted to the conference. If a PCR test is provided, it may be performed up to 72 hours prior to on-site registration. If an antigen/home test is used, the test should be taken within 24 hours of on-site registration. Once registered, you will be contacted with options to submit proof of a negative test digitally or in-person.
- Anyone testing positive during the conference will be asked to isolate immediately. You will have 24 hours to make arrangements as the university does not permit you to continue to stay in on-campus housing or attend the conference if you are sick with COVID.

Baltimore, MD is in the heart of mid-Atlantic region of the East Coast of the United States. There are many options for traveling into Baltimore domestically. The conference will be held on Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus in the Charles Village part of Baltimore. Housing will be in Charles Commons. Should you choose to drive to the meeting, please indicate that you will need parking for your visit (there may be an additional fee for this parking). Rail travel is another possibility which will require a final short cab ride to Johns Hopkins campus.
For travelers flying into Baltimore there are many options, the best is BWI – Baltimore-Washington International; however, one can select another relatively local airport with longer travel times from the airport to Johns Hopkins via rail or taxi. Here is a summary of typical travel times from local airports:
