Online Hosting of Abstracts
All accepted submissions are being prepared for hosting by SPIE. When these are available, notification will be sent to authors and attendees.
Oral Presentations
There was a time slot of 20 minutes for each presenter, with about 15 minutes of presentation and about 5 minutes for questions and answers. A Windows laptop with PowerPoint was provided for talks. The projector in the presentation room used a 16:9 format. Presentations were recorded and will be posted on this website for asynchronous playback.
Poster Presentations
As in previous years, poster sessions started with a single slide teaser and 30 second presentation that took place in the main presentation room during the first (approximately) 20 minutes of the allotted poster session time slot. Posters were displayed in a dedicated hall within the poster session time slots for discussion with the authors. It was the responsibility of the presenting author to prepare and print the poster. Poster boards were 47″ wide and permitted posters as much as 60″ tall.
Abstract Submission is now closed.
The extended deadline for abstracts was January 24th, 2022.
